I forgot my password. What should I do?
To reset your password, click here, then click “Forgot your password?” above the sign-in button. You will then be prompted to enter the email address you used to create your account. I received an email to log in to update my information, but I never created an account before. How do I do that?
No problem! Click here and follow the prompted steps to create your account using the same email address that received the email from Pulse. You will then be able to view your order history in the My Account section where you can update your payment information.

How do I unsubscribe from your mailing list?
Simply click the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any Hasbro Pulse email.
