What is HasLab?
HasLab is the crowdsourcing campaign bringing limited-edition collectibles into the hands of fans.
When you back a Product, you are making a commitment to purchase the Product that will only be fulfilled if the minimum number of backings are met for the project during the Project Backing Period. Each Product will have its own duration when you can back the Product, each a "Project Backing Period". Once the minimum number of backings are met, your backing becomes an "Order" and your payment is collected at the completion of the Project Backing Period, then the Product will be made and ultimately shipped.
How does it work?
Our goal is to bring to life the trophy items fans have been dreaming of. Here’s how it works: if we reach the minimum number (or more!) of backers by our given deadline, we’ll head to production. It’s that simple.

Where do you ship to?
We currently offer shipping to all U.S. states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Canada, and APO/FPO addresses. Please note that we cannot ship to a PO Box.
When will I be charged?
If the campaign backer goal is reached by our given deadline, your preferred payment method will be charged.

Do you accept refunds and cancellations?
HasLab orders can be canceled or refunded at any time before payment has been processed. However, once the sign-up period has expired and the project is backed, HasLab orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
What is the estimated ship date?
Estimated shipment dates vary per HasLab campaign. Please visit the updates tab frequently to stay up-to-date.
Will HasLab products be available for purchase at other retailers?
Any HasLab products will be available for purchase on this website only, under the terms and conditions described herein. We reserve the right to make the products (or similar versions of the products) available at other sources, such as online stores and retail locations, but such availability is not guaranteed.
