SHIPPING POLICY:

For Non-Crowdfunded Products

Please check the availability of product and shipping approximations of each item in your order to ensure timely delivery.

Product Availability

The availability of each item we sell on HasbroPulse.com is shown on the product description page. Most in stock items ship within one business day of when you place your order (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.) By “shipped” we mean the item has left our fulfillment center. We offer some of our items as pre-order and will ship to you as soon as they become available. The availability of any item we sell is subject to change.

Shipping Address

We are currently shipping to all US States, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, Canada, and APO/FPO addresses.

When you set up your account, you can establish a shipping address to use on all orders. For your convenience, you can access your account at any time to make changes to this information for future orders.

Cancellations

You can cancel pre-ordered items at any time before payment is captured during the fulfillment process. In-stock items can be cancelled within 60 minutes of order confirmation at checkout. For information on HASLAB Crowdfunded order cancellations, click here.

Estimated Shipping Dates
If the campaign is successfully backed with the minimum number of backers by the campaign deadline (the "Project Backing Period"), then the project will proceed to the production phase. Estimated shipment dates vary per HasLab campaign, so please visit the Project on the HasLab tab frequently to stay up-to-date.

Shipping Address
We are currently shipping to all U.S. States, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO addresses and Canada. Please note we cannot ship to a P.O. Box or any other country at this time.

Shipping Options
Standard shipping and handling to the contiguous United States is included for Pulse Premium members. Shipping and handling charges will be calculated at the time of checkout for non-Pulse Premium members. Check the specific HasLab campaign page for details. Additional shipping and handling charges may apply for non-contiguous United States and Canada calculated at the time of shipment. No P.O. Boxes.

Return Policy

You are a valued customer, and we want your shopping experience with us to be hassle-free. We offer a 30-day return policy for items that are eligible for return.

Eligible Returns:

  1. Unopened Items

Unopened items can be returned within 30 days unless specifically stated on the product details page.

  1. Damaged Items

Any item damaged in transit can be exchanged for a replacement of the same item if you send us the request within 30 days of receiving your order. If the item is no longer available, we will issue a refund.

We may request that you e-mail a picture of your damaged item.

Ineligible Returns

  1. Opened Items
    • Opened items are not eligible for returns. this includes:
    • Items that have been opened or removed from the packaging.
    • Items that have visible indications that the package has been opened. 
  1. If you received an item that was defective, missing parts, or was purchased from another store, please contact our Consumer Care team by visiting www.hasbro.com and clicking Consumer Care.

How to Return an Item

Please contact us at CustomerService@HasbroPulse.com within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number and instructions. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or transit damage. Please note that we cannot accept any returns without a Return Merchandise Authorization. All unauthorized returns will be returned to the sender.

How to Prepare Your Item for Return Shipping

  • Please pack the items securely in a box.
  • You can use the box the items arrived in or another box. Please ensure all old shipping labels and barcodes have been removed.
  • Send your Return to us using an insured or traceable shipper that is most convenient for you.
  • Please include a copy of this email in your box.

Once you have dropped off your return with the carrier, please reply to us and provide the return tracking number, as well as the name of the carrier you've selected. This will allow us to better monitor the progress of your return. Please allow up to two billing cycles for any eligible refund to appear on your statement.

Processing Your Return or Replacement

Please allow 21 days to process your return. You will receive an email notification once your return has been received and processed. If we are unable to send a replacement for the exact item purchased, we will issue a refund to the form of payment used to place the order. Please allow up to two billing cycles for any refund to appear on your statement.

Returns on Items Purchased with Discount or Promotional Code

If you return an order that was placed with a promotional code, discount, or offer, you'll be refunded for the amount you paid after the discount was applied.

Refused and Undeliverable Shipments

A refused shipment will be treated as a return and any return costs will be deducted from the refund.

If a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable due to an error on your part (such as incorrect address or not home), we will contact you to reship the package.

    Returns of Crowdfunded Products

    Cancelling Your Order
    If you need to cancel your order, you must do so within 30 days of the completion of the applicable Project Backing Period by contacting our Customer Service Center at CustomerService@HasbroPulse.com.

    Returns and Refunds
    If your product arrives damaged due to transit, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or a refund by contacting us at CustomerService@HasbroPulse.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number and instructions. We cannot accept for return or replacement any item that has been opened, unless it arrived damaged. If a refund is issued, the purchase price of the item plus applicable sales tax will be credited. You will be responsible to pay the return shipping costs. All eligible refunds are made to the original form of payment. If your product arrives damaged due to transit or fails to comply in all material respects with the specifications for the product, please contact Consumer Care. Hasbro offices are currently closed, but we invite you to send us an email or chat with us online. Please visit www.hasbro.com, and click Customer Care.  

    Processing Your Return
    Please allow 21 days to process your return. You will receive notification via e-mail that your return has been received and processed. If, after 21 days, you still have not received an e-mail that your return has been processed, please contact our Customer Service Center at CustomerService@HasbroPulse.com. Please allow up to two billing cycles for any eligible refund to appear on your statement.

    Requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization
    If you do need to return an item to us and the item is eligible for return, please call us at CustomerService@HasbroPulse.com to obtain a return merchandise authorization number and instructions. Please note that we cannot accept any returns without a Return Merchandise Authorization. All unauthorized returns will be returned to sender.


    Packing and Sending Your Return

    1. Once you have received your Return Merchandise Authorization, pack the items securely in a box. You can use the box that the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer. Please ensure all old shipping labels and barcodes have been removed.
    2. Write the Return Merchandise Authorization number on the outside of the box, along with the address provided in the instructions.
    3. Send your Return to us using an insured or trackable shipping that is most convenient for you
