u to speak to a real person. I was "AUTO text" a form to fill out describing the issue. After completing the form, I have YET to hear anything back regarding a resolution.
This whole experience has been EXPENSIVE and horrible!!!
If this issue is not resolved swiftly, and I continue to be stiff armed and left with a $1300 problem, I will be posting negative reviews on ALL social media platforms, along with a video showing the problem persist 3 times, along with informing the BBB.
